He showed up and worked on our drain that was backing up for 2 hours. He told us that there was no clog and he suspected damage on the main line that would most likely need to be replaced. Something that would cost thousands of dollars. We panicked. We paid him anyway for his time, and had a second company come in that had a snake with a camera to truly assess the damage. They fixed the problem in under 10 minutes and told us that he wasn't even going in through the correct location and anyone who does plumbing knows that. To top of being paid for Job not done, and costing us another couple of hundred on top of what we paid him, he also damaged said wrong pipe from repeatedly snaking it. Disappointed and feel a little cheated. Do not recommend for plumbing services.

On November 18, 2021, I initially hired Smooth Running to fix an upstairs bathroom leak that was coming from a pipe behind a wall. The team led by the owner, Hasan, quickly assessed the situation, opened the wall (a major task since the house was built in the 1940s and incorporates concrete), and made the necessary repairs. The repair was a big task as the old galvanized pipe had to be replaced from the upstairs bathroom all the way down to the basement. I was really impressed by the work quality and the company’s commitment to do it right and take no shortcuts. They even installed shut off valves at key locations. Immediately after this repair, I hired Smooth Running to then replace the galvanized pipe in the kitchen to the basement, install a new kitchen faucet, install a new toilet in the basement, install a new utility sink, install a new laundry box, install new water lines to the washer and steam dryer, as well as replace the remaining old galvanized pipe in the basement starting from the water meter. Again, they also installed shut off valves at key locations. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work. As for priced paid, Smooth Running charged a very fair and reasonable price. I will surely utilize Smooth Running for any future plumbing work and highly recommend their service to anyone needing plumbing work. Smooth Running takes pride in their craft and it shows in their work, which they take great passion in doing. Thank you Smooth Running for providing excellent service!!!

My regular plumber hadn't returned my calls and I needed plumbing work done. Hassan showed up and was extremely professional. Even in things some might not notice, I noticed. In his mannerisms for instance he watched not to bang into things, not to make a mess. He did a great job in unclogging a basement utility sink which took extra effort as it was a heavy clog and way down the line. After all his work he charged me a great price. Awesome in every way. i can't stress it enough. A great guy, and my new plumber of choice. Book him without hesitation. P.S a Big Thank You also to Angel, his trusty assistant.
