This company was a Godsend! Stephen was amazing 🤩. He knew exactly what to do about the warranty situation on the failed water heater. His wisdom and no nonsense manner saved me so much grief. Regarding the removal/installation, I was amazed that it was done so quickly. I was even more shocked that it was done by only one person. After more research, I found that the fee for their service was more than reasonable. The new heater is making the water hotter than ever, which I am also enjoying and appreciating.
