I had 3 different estimates and Mike was not the cheapest but, hey if you want cheap sometimes that is what up you get. I choose Mike for his work integrity, knowledge of his profession, his quick response to my concerns or questions. He was upfront and honest. If I did not need to have it done he told me that. His team and himself came out, they removed and replaced the insulation, vacuumed debris and rodent waste, disinfected the area to kill bacteria and rid my crawlspace of animal scent which attracts rodents. They also sealed any gaps interior and exterior to prevent rodents from returning. I have to say, now that the work is completed I am so glad I went with Mike and his company CleanSpaceUSA. Ori was a delight to speak with and did a thorough inspection w/ pictures before drafting a quote. Attic Fanatics were happy to work with me even though it was a Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The team got the work done in a timely manner, were very friendly, clean, and was able to safely remove the animal. All the work included pictures of everything that was done, before and after.
