Mary M. says, "Mike is amazing. I needed my crawlspace insulation removed and replaced plus I was having issues with mice getting in. I had 3 different estimates and Mike was not the cheapest but, hey if you want cheap sometimes that is what up you get. I choose Mike for his work integrity, knowledge of his profession, his quick response to my concerns or questions. He was upfront and honest. If I did not need to have it done he told me that. His team and himself came out, they removed and replaced the insulation, vacuumed debris and rodent waste, disinfected the area to kill bacteria and rid my crawlspace of animal scent which attracts rodents. They also sealed any gaps interior and exterior to prevent rodents from returning. I have to say, now that the work is completed I am so glad I went with Mike and his company CleanSpaceUSA. Thank you Mike, I wish you continued success."See more

When setting first trap Mike explained, how he would stop by every morning, and that if we saw an animal trapped all we had to do was text him and he would come. First animal trapped, I texted Mike and he was there within 20 minutes, turned out we had trapped a black cat.. But then in a span of 3 days, we caught two Racoons - Mike was there, first time we did not even send a text, since was at his regular 05:00AM pass by the house checking. Mike has shown us a professional, dedicated personality who we will be happy to continue working with if we need to catch more critters. Great friendly service, great value for money."See more

From the start they were very communicative and got someone to my home to look at my attic within 24 hours! Ori was a delight to speak with and did a thorough inspection w/ pictures before drafting a quote. Attic Fanatics were happy to work with me even though it was a Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The team got the work done in a timely manner, were very friendly, clean, and was able to safely remove the animal. All the work included pictures of everything that was done, before and after.
