Mike is amazing. I needed my crawlspace insulation removed and replaced plus I was having issues with mice getting in. I had 3 different estimates and Mike was not the cheapest but, hey if you want cheap sometimes that is what up you get. I choose Mike for his work integrity, knowledge of his profession, his quick response to my concerns or questions. He was upfront and honest. If I did not need to have it done he told me that. His team and himself came out, they removed and replaced the insulation, vacuumed debris and rodent waste, disinfected the area to kill bacteria and rid my crawlspace of animal scent which attracts rodents. They also sealed any gaps interior and exterior to prevent rodents from returning. I have to say, now that the work is completed I am so glad I went with Mike and his company CleanSpaceUSA. Thank you Mike, I wish you continued success.

THIS is the best safety investment that we did for our new house and our family! We just bought a house (made in 1955) and the inspector told us we should definitely look into getting new insulation. These guys came over to assess and was able to tell us that not only hasn’t the insulation not been changed since 1955 but there was also evidence of pests (mice and dead birds) in the attic and basement. As a 9 month pregnant stressed and skeeved out mom I wanted to be rid of any potential pests new and old from living rent free in our new house. They calmly explained to us that they would be able to take out the old insulation, vacuum clean the area, seal off any potential entrance routes with cement in the basement and roof as well as seal any access points from the exterior of the house, bleach clean the area so it doesn’t attract new pests to the area, and install new insulation. They took pics every step of the way, double bagged the waste, lined with plastic and vacuumed afterward their route into and out of the house, and they made sure we gave approval after fully cleaning the roof and basement before installing new insulation. They also were able to vacuum clean and discard any belongings the previous owner left in the attic space in the garage. They were so calm and professional about every step and everything they did. I love that they sent so many pictures and videos of their progress. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! Now I can sleep well at night knowing our new home is safe. If there’s one thing everyone should do for their home- new and old- it is this! Highly recommend!

This is one of the best companies my husband and I have ever worked with. Mike was clearly professional and knowledgeable about all things attic. His assessment was so thorough and walked us through what had happened with squirrels in the attic. He also worked with us to get it done when we hit several roadblocks. I am so grateful. In actually doing the work, we knew what was happening every step of the way. From pictures of the attic and the work to constant check ins whenever we needed, we felt totally in the loop. Our home feels safer and we know it is cleaner for our children. Thank you!!!! We are recommending without any hesitation because, out of the different companies out there, I doubt anyone could do what they did.
