- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on in person inspection, it may vary depending on difficulty or severity of service, the length of the service and if there will need to be follow up appointments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer and get there story, possibly see some pictures. I would need to come and do an on site in person inspection, then I will give the quote and get the service started same day if possible. Payment is received on the day of the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing wildlife and rodent services for the last 5yrs. I am a certified wildlife control operator as well as a certified rodent control specialist.
