My front step post and railing was damaged by an impact. 1) Ladvi came by the same day I made a call for an estimate. 2) Ladvi gave me an estimate for 1 post and 1 railing. Estimate from another co, with 5 stars and 100+ reviews wanted to replace all3 posts and railings. When I asked for reasons why they needed to replace all, there was no sensible answer. 3) He showed up on time, replaced and repaired. They look great now. 4) Ladvi also fixed the deck in my backyard. One of the deck was a bit shaky. He added sister joist and some other work. It’s firm now. Thank you very much for making the whole situation pleasant."See more

He replaced some of the rotten wood boards and railing rods, before power washing and manually sanding off the old paint. Fresh paint was applied on the deck and railings, and they look fantastic now. He’s also on time, flexible and friendly. I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone who’s looking for exterior and interior repairs and remodeling."See more
