We are beyond happy with the work done by A1 Loyalty. Unfortunately, we had work done on our stairs and were highly disappointed in the result. We were desperate to find someone who could help remedy some of the problem areas and they did not disappoint. Wilder came out and was so compassionate and took his time to help us make the right decision & provided the best solutions to our problem. He understood the great stress we were under after investing in our stairs and being unhappy with the outcome. He went over and beyond (before being hired) to inspect and really put thought into what could be done. Wilder was so respectful, kind, professional, honest and patient. Fernando was kind, neat and got right to work. They were extremely organized. Everything was left clean each day and the work was done in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to contact them again to do further work on our home. We are beyond happy with the work that was done given the circumstances. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future!

Great job!!! Always worried when using new contractors. Worked mainly with Willie. Professional and true to his word with everything he said he would do. I price compared and got a very reasonable price for the work. They actually did more for me than I thought I was going to get. All of my concrete looks brand new. They cleaned the yard and patio before they left. No materials or junk left behind. I would absolutely hire these guys again and would recommend them to anyone. Actually I will ask anyone reading this, and who is in need of any masonry work, to do yourself a favor and give the work to these guys. They will not disappoint.

Cesar and crew did an excellent job. What I appreciate the most is their willingness to look at problems and provide solutions/alternatives to resolve. A-1 is definitely on my call back list for future work. They repaired a large brick deck and power washed and resealed a paver driveway.

I had an issue with my flat roof that caused rain water to drip from front of my entrance door. Luckily it was leaking on the outside but it still worried us especially when we had those heavy wind driven rains. Then there were all tell tale signs about another leak starting from faulty chimney flashing. Oscar came to our rescue! He and his team were thoroughly professional. They came on time, respectful of the space, my interventions, cleaned up after finishing. I waited almost 2 months to post this review to see how things hold up. We had some pretty heavy downpour and I’m happy that there hasn’t been any leak. The entire experience was very smooth and the pricing was reasonable.
