Then I called him about a possible other job and he was so honest about it. And if anything that’s #1, the honesty in the work. I had my pantry remodeled less than a year ago. The plumbing in the sink literally fell apart. SOS responded very quickly and after looking at my photos it was easy to assess what needed to be done. He literally had it done the next day. Showed up at the time that he said he would be here. Not only did he do a great job, he actually gave me a discount because he felt so bad about the hack job he found from the other plumber. I would definitely hire him again!

Working with Sgt Smith's was absolutely amazing! I had originally reached out for a reoccurring shower drain issue. Responding in just a few minutes, I then had an appointment on the books for the very next day! Andrew Emrich came out and was awesome to work with! He listened to my list of to-dos if he had time after the shower issue, and got right to work. In just a few hours he made very quick work of the list and tackled each project perfectly.
Andrew also went out of his way to explain everything to me and he even took time to teach me what he was doing if I ever needed to attempt similar things myself in the future for the smaller issues we had. I have never had a contractor do this. Especially as a younger woman, I tend to get steamrolled or brushed aside, and that was definitely not the case here. Major thanks to Andrew for taking the time to talk through everything! The drain clog I feel confident about tackling myself, but I will be hiring them back for any other plumbing issue. :) I am so happy with all of the work that Andrew did today. Our shower is draining faster than I have ever seen it drain since moving in three years ago!
I was also very concerned with pricing as our last plumber team we hired costs us thousands of dollars. This team is very upfront about the costs BEFORE they do the work! This helped me feel much more confident in what we were tackling and that it wasn't going to totally break my budgeting.
I'll certainly be starting a list of items for the next time we call them in. I'm so relieved I've finally found a business I can call my go-to contractor team! You can't go wrong hiring this team! Their honesty and great work ethic can't be beat!
