Queen City Plumbing & Heating to the rescue! We woke up to a room that had water leaking from the ceiling and light fixture. Thought it was our roof but it was not. the company quickly reached out to us to set up a time the same day and before 5pm. The fixed the issue, and came back the same day to fix another issue with the pipes. The company also took the time to fix another sink in the house which needed attention. The best experience while dealing with an issue no one expected.

Eric and Dan were incredibly professional and arrived on time. They were very good at communicating exactly what the cost would be to perform the work and exactly what work they were expecting to do. Once they were done they stated all the issues had been addressed and demonstrated that the various fixtures were functioned as expected/to our satisfaction. We would use your service again.

Thank you Queen City Plumbing and Heating you definitely nails us out of a cold situation! After making many calls to have my furnace fired up with no response till I got a hold of Queen Coty Plumbing and Heating! They got right back to me and scheduled a time to fire up the furnace as I was 1500 miles away working first response work after two major hurricanes hit fl . They came when they said they would and got our house heat as it was a very cold day and the oil had run out ! Very friendly professional and prompt! I will not hesitate to recommend and use their services again!

I had a kitchen sink that needed to be replaced and the only options from Queen City was a $350 Kohler instead of replacing the $80-$100 Glacier Bay. It would have been $100+ in hourly rate to send the tech to Home Depot to get one at least. I was very disappointed in Queen City arriving to the job with a very high end replacement. The only other option was a basic sink faucet, which I didn't want to completely downgrade my tenants sink and be a cheapskate landlord. I guess it's my fault for not pre purchasing the faucet I wanted ahead of time, but I didn't know it needed to be fully replaced until the tech was there.
This was scheduled ahead of time and when asked why there was no like-value or normal sink sprayer, the tech said there's only so much room in the truck. I felt pressured to spend $550 on the spot because I didn't want my tenant to go another week without using her kitchen sink.
Details: 1 sink • One handle controls both hot and cold water • 1 faucet • Less than a week ago

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have hourly rates for service calls. We try to evaluate the problem within the first hour and hopefully are able to tell you what is needed to fix it. We will inform you if it is expected to exceed the cost of an hour. We try our hardest to inform the customer of expected cost prior to doing any repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always accept new customers and treat them as if there are an existing customer. We treat all our customers fairly and as if they were extended family members. We are a family owned company and treat our customers as family too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employee's are licensed plumbers and gas technicians. They also take classes to stay up with the building codes and new laws as needed to renew the tech's licenses each year.
