Zoom drain is a technical wizard! They had to do what turned out to be a surprisingly complicated operation to extract a platstic container that accidentally got flushed down our toilet and stuck just beyond the bend. I had no idea how bad it was. They used cameras and extended tools of all kinds and patiently whittled it out, preventing what I imagine would be a much costlier repair if it got pushed way deep into our plumbing. Call them first before you mess up!

Zoom Drain provided excellent service for our clogged kitchen sink. Boone arrived the same day and quickly identified the studor vent as the initial issue. When that didn’t fully resolve the problem, they returned the next day and successfully removed a grease clog. Alex was clear and professional regarding the hydro-jet process. It's been a week, and the drain is working perfectly. Here’s to another 19+ years without a clog!

A wonderful experience! My project was not urgent, the pleasantly polite and professional crew was here within 4 hours of my initial contact. They quickly cleaned out the main drain line and promptly diagnosed the issue causing the slow drain. A significant hole, created by a utility crew running a fiber cable under the driveway. Hoping the utility company is as awesome to work with on pipe repair as my Zoom Drain crew!!! Will definitely contact them again for future plumbing needs!
