Advertised a hour rate of $60, but once on site they tell you they will fix your problem for a flat rate. They quoted me $650, I told them I couldn’t afford that, then Justin said he would call his partner to get me a better rate. He came back with $350, again I told him I couldn’t afford that, but counter with $250. He accepted, but advised me he would still
have to get paid even if he didn’t fix the problem.
Well he didn’t fix the problem, and spent 2 1/2 hour on the job with most of that time going to Lowe’s to get 1 inch elbows and pvc pipe. Can’t understand why he didn’t have basic plumbing supply on his truck, Anyways, if I paid the hourly rate it would have cost me $150.
He advised me I needed a new water pump, At 73 years old I crawled under my house and was able to primed the pump by cutting the pvc inlet pipe to get it working.
