Justin was a pleasure to work with. He was very kind and willing to educate me about the water quality in my area, about the state of my water heater, and about options for water softening. I hired him to flush the water tank but after speaking with him he was honest with me that he didn't feel right doing that work because it would do more harm than good, even if it meant he wouldn't do any work for me after driving an hour to my property. Amazing integrity! Then he talked me through different options for water softening, went to purchase the softener I selected, came back and installed the softener in under two hours. He left the job site clean. Then he educated me about the maintenance I will need to perform on the filters and even demonstrated how to do it. I will absolutely hire him for future plumbing jobs!

Justin was very professional and polite. He had already squeezed me into his schedule given that it was a rather prompt matter but was able to come out even sooner due to a cancellation. He was thorough in his diagnosis, took his time to explain, and listened to our concerns. It comforts me to know that our plumbing issues have been properly resolved and not just a quick fix. We have a planned project that we will be hiring him for in the near future. I definitely recommend!
