Addie was amazing! I can go on all day about how great of a job he did for us. He worked with me to help plan our engagement and make it a surprise. He traveled to the location I needed no questions asked. We received a preliminary set of pictures the same day and had the entire set of photos the next day! Jessica did our engagement photos in November of 2016. We had never had a photoshoot before and we requested some assistance. Jessica was somewhat helpful, but the whole process was kind of messy. We paid for a 2 hour session, but she insisted we had enough photos after about an hour. We did receive the photos quickly, but it did not contain all the pictures we took. We wanted to be the ones to pick what we did and did not like not the photographer. We contacted Jessica and she sent us another flash drive with the additional 140 photos, which we thought we were getting initially. She also did not include one of the photo sets that we requested when we filled out her questionnaire. With some back and forth messaging we did get what we wanted. She's an okay photographer, nothing special. Definitely get what you pay for.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I did an engagement photo shoot. Had some trouble making our first appointment and was no issue for Rob. Rescheduled with no problems. He also sent us the pictures the same day. They came out great and they weren’t even edited yet🤯! 10/10 will recommend!! I definitely will work with him again.

Jessica was wonderful to work with and captured our engagement beautifully. I ended up needing to change locations just a few days before our appointment. Not only did she give me a great recommendation for a new location, she also worked with me to do it a day early.
The pictures turned out beautifully and she even stuck around to grab some pictures of us with our friends while we celebrated. I would HIGHLY recommend using Jessica for any of your photography needs!

Words cannot express how thankful my fiancé and I feel about Rich. He is very professional, kind, prompt, and a hard worker. In the amount of time we spent with him, he always valued our ideas and opinions without disregarding any details. In fact, he added great suggestions and memorable value to our now permanent photos.
During our engagement, I had friends help me surprise my now fiancé, and in the planning time, Rich felt like a friend I have known for a very long time. He acknowledged every one of our friends and allowed everyone to be themselves without any negativity or unpleasant looks.
His photo skills are SUPERB!!!! Every friend and family member who we have been able to share some pictures with have all been giving nonstop compliments on how beautiful the photos look, especially considering how the day of the proposal was (extremely cloudy and rainy).
Rich managed not only to capture the moment(s) during this special day, but also able to seize it and forever have it inscribed in our memories with these wonderful photos.

We recently had our engagement photos done with Rich Taylor in downtown Charlotte. We were supremely impressed with his professionalism and creativity. From the moment we made contact with him on thumbtack he was incredibly attentive. He answered all of our questions within hours of our emails. I'm a very detailed oriented person and he took special care to answer each question adequately no matter how silly it was. On the day of the shoot he called to confirm the time and place and then was punctual to a designated time. During the photo shoot Rich made us both feel incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts was that he would make suggestions about what part of our location we should use and how we should position ourselves, but he was also so open to letting us do what made us feel good as well being patient with some of our more cheesy ideas. The turn around on us getting access to our photos was also very impressive. The very next day he sent us one of our photos and then kept sending us a couple as he was working on them. We were able to have access to our complete gallery less than 1 week after we initially met up with him. I have to say that I was blown away with the amount of photos and how he seemed to capture our individual personalities as well as our chemistry as a couple. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rich Taylor and we could not be more pleased with our overall experience. We will highly recommend him to all of my close family and friends!
