I booked the time and he changed it several times. I called and told him the toilet tank didn’t have any water in it. After having someone else Check the tank, I called 808 again and said it was a leak at the cut off value. I even ask the tech when he arrived if he needed to cut the water off. He said, no, after about 25 mins he had replaced all the mechanics in the tank and said, oh, you have a leak at the cut off valve, which is what I had said in my last phone call. Then he asked, if I knew where the meter was?
I asked How much all this was gonna cost? He replied, $335.00. Since I don’t do plumbing work, I agreed to pay the fee. When I offered my credit card, I was informed I would have to pay an additional 4%. Then I said, I would pay cash, but he did not have any kind receipt to give me. He said, trust me I will send you a receipt! These days in time, I don’t trust anyone. I decided to send money via PayPal so I would at least have a record of what I had paid. I would not recommend this company as I feel ripped off for a float and a repair of the turn off value which was completed in an hour and 15 mins. I received an invoice several hrs later. The invoice said he waved the $85 service call! No, it was waved, it was Included in the charges. Please, do not trust this company to work for you! They will take advantage of you! Never give anyone cash and they don’t have a receipt to give you! I don’t know about you but I am tried of being ripped off by men who act like women are stupid!
