Jason and Kat did such an incredible job photographing my surprise proposal and our subsequent engagement photos. As I was not from the area, they were so helpful in scouting the location with me as well as helping to calm my nerves since I was so nervous!

Ayhan was the photographer that we use for our 30 year vow renewal. He was very professional but he fit right in just like part of the family. That says a lot because our occasion was very intimate with less than 30 people in person and the rest on zoom. It was a very cold day and our event was the day before a pending snow storm. I have had several compliments on the event and pictures , because it was more than what people expected. The pictures telling the story , really mean a lot, since our parents, who couldn’t be there, Hi don’t use the internet, but can see the pictures.

Steven backed out of our wedding two weeks before the event, after ghosting us for several days, and took over a month to refund our deposit. We signed our contract with him and paid the $100 deposit in August 2018 for our May 2019 wedding. April 2019 came along and we hadn't heard from him all winter, despite his claim that he had emailed us in December 2018*. After several attempts at reaching out to him via email, text, and phone, he finally emailed us back in early May 2019 to tell us he had moved away from the area (in late 2018) and would not shoot our wedding (and that he was sure we could find another photographer - two weeks before the date). When we requested that he refund our deposit, it took several emails, a phone call, and more than a month for him to refund us in full. We found his behavior and demeanor throughout the entire process to be wholly unprofessional.
*Steven uses Mailtrack, a service that allows him to know when his emails have been opened. Even if he did email us, as he claims, he would know that we hadn't seen the email.
