FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to ask specific questions in order to ensure I am on the same page with the customer. Revision is both costly and time consuming and they can usually be avoided by making every effort to work out details and parameters before a job because.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated in Graphic Communication at Franklin Pierce University.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The old saying is true: You get what you pay for. If the price sounds too good to be true then you can expect that you're going to pay for it in some other way, later down the road: Either the work will be unsuitable for cross-media usage and require re-work, or the freelancer will disappear into the night, never returning your phone calls, or it'll be a headache just getting on the same page as your designer.
