Stefan H. says, "A squirrel family decided to overwinter and raise their 3 babies in our attic. I contacted MCPR and Shane came out right away to inspect our roof. The squirrels were entering through a soffit. The next morning Shane came out and put a one-way tunnel on the entry point. The parent squirrels exited within a couple of days. Shane set two traps and within two days he caught the 3 babies. He finished the job with sheeting two of the soffits close and cleaning/sanitizing impacted areas in our attic. Shane and his office manager April did a fantastic job communicating. I have read about the poor experience and high cost others experienced. MCPR pricing was very reasonable and they took care of the problem without harming the animals. We will have Shane back in April to add/replace insulation in our attic. The Team that installed the Insulation was Very Careful with My Siding along with the Brick work to make it look as if it never happened. The Price was Great and the Saving will be Even Better. I now know My AC Unit will not Struggle like it did last Year. I am So Happy with the Job they did and they Cleaned Up So Well. I Highly Recommend this Company!"See more
