- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will not be the cheapest choice, but we back all of our quality work with a limited lifetime warranty on labor and all insulation materials. This warranty is transferable as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very simple and quick process: we go out to visit the home and provide the customer with a written quote (usually takes 20-30 mins). If that quote is accepted, the customer will get a call within 24-48 hours to get the work scheduled (usually within 3-5 days). After the work is completed we follow up with a phone call to ensure everything went ok. If there are/were any issues at all, we take care of them ASAP!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Standard Insulating is proud to be a member of the very exclusive Owens Corning CEE (Certified Energy Expert) program. All of our installers are level 1 and level 2 certified and have to go through a rigorous certification process in order to belong to this elite program only the best of the best are part of!
