Miguel, April, Shane and the rest of the MCPR team have been AMAZING! Racoons and mice got into my crawlspace and created a mess - while Miguel went to check out the crawlspace, he discovered other issues such as insulation hanging down, the vapor barrier was basically disintegrating, there was mold, and some termite damage. They were able to help fix these issues and offered to come out in 2 months and every 6 months after that to ensure I won't have issues with mold/pests in the future. I also had animals (most likely squirrels) get into my attic - they set up traps up there and consistently came out to check them and helped clean up the mess the animals made. I feel a sense of relief that these problems have been taken care of. I highly recommend MCPR Wildlife and Animal Removal!

Crew did a great job removing a bat from the outside of my attic. They also went the extra mile and screened off our entry ways and even cleaned out our gutters! Would 100% recommend.

I received a violation letter from my HOA to remove mold from the siding on my home last week. I found MCPR on Thumbtack yesterday, and within 24 hours, they were here to power wash my home! With the detailed follow-up service they provided, they made me feel as though I was their only client today. The mold is gone, and they even cleaned areas that I didn't know were beginning to be a problem without me asking! I will certainly refer them to everyone needing their services. April, Christian and Miguel were great to work with. The garage fascia needed to be replaced due to rot and I also had gutter guards installed. It was all done at a really competitive price. Definitely have Miguel give you a quote!
