Initially, he successfully cleared the bathroom tub, but complications arose with the kitchen sink. During his first visit, an issue emerged with the dishwasher while attempting to resolve the sink clog. Ivan promptly addressed this by securing the dishwasher to the wall and stabilizing the racks, creating a functional but unconventional fix. Despite these challenges, Ivan went above and beyond during his follow-up visit to resolve the ongoing kitchen sink clog. He thoroughly analyzed the situation, taking the time to investigate the pipes under our crawlspace. Ivan identified the root cause of the issue: severe grease build-up that had solidified over years, likely from previous homeowners. He patiently explained the problem and demonstrated his findings, ensuring I understood the situation entirely. Ivan meticulously cleared the grease build-up and restored the kitchen sink to proper working condition. He even had me test the water flow repeatedly—filling the sink and allowing the water to drain completely—to confirm that the problem was resolved. This level of attention and dedication was impressive, especially since three licensed plumbers had failed to fix the issue before him. As new homeowners, we now understand the importance of maintaining the plumbing system and avoiding practices that have contributed to this problem over time, such as improperly discarding grease. Ivan’s persistence, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile ultimately satisfied us with his service. From here on out, we will go to Ivan for any plumbing needs. In a panic, I bought a quick repair kit off Amazon that turned into a botched repair job. Sustainable Reglazing was very responsive and within minutes of reaching back out to me, had me scheduled for a repair. When my servicer, Bladimir D. came, he got straight to work fixing my botched job and properly patching the hole. During the process, he kept me updated on the repair and within a few hours, made my tub look like there was never any damage sustained. In all honesty, you wouldn’t even notice it unless you look very closely and that’s only because my tub is old. I can’t say enough good things about my repair and reglazing. And I couldn’t recommend Sustainable Reglazing for any bathtub/tile repair and Reglazing. Vala came out and did an amazing job switching out my guest bath faucet. He was quick, thorough, super friendly and professional and super quiet. Which I know is an odd thing to note, but I work from home and was hosting a conference call in the room right beside the guest bath while he was working. I couldn’t even tell he was there. He left the area spotless, like no one had ever been there. I will definitely be using Eden Plumbing again anytime I need plumbing work done!"See more

His patience, while I've been amped up, concerned or just lost, has been top notch. 1st: I thought I was going to be flooded because of a leaky pipe. NOPE! Jesse diagnosed the situation and had the leak fixed in short order. I really appreciated his communication about what had failed and what he was going to do to fix it. (The follow up call 2 weeks later was nice, too) 2nd: It seemed like my kitchen was trying to launch to the moon when I ran the sink "disposal"! Evidently a barring had failed on that unit. Jesse asked to hear the sound in person and then immediately went to work. I appreciate how he checked the entire under-sink cabinet before an after to verify we would be good to go with our new unit. 3rd: I haven't had to call yet but Jesse will be my first. Jesse is someone who is patient under pressure, communicates clearly, takes pride in his work and delivers! Five stars; all the way."See more
