Mr. Bicknell is a delight to work with. He is very responsive. He addresses your issues and does not try get you to but additional services. He tells what needs to be fixed now and what items can wait for a while. He was on time, left the job area clean, and his prices are fair. He did work in my home at a third of some of the larger plumbing companies. He will even work on Saturdays without inflating the price. I highly recommend him. Thus far, I've used him twice. I plan on using him in the future to get a few more things replaced.
