I grew up in plumbing business, worked for dad 30 years. Job experience if it has water, sewer or natural gas I can fix it! I have the same customer service attitude as Chick Fila. Customer service is all. But I also have found out you can’t please everyone, but I do try very hard.

I’m so glad I got on Thumbtack and found the person I did for my vanity install. Mr. Don did an amazing job taking out a pedestal sink and replacing it with a vanity. His price was more than fair, he worked fast but made sure the job was done correctly and was a joy to have in our home. If you ever need any plumbing needs, he is your man! The photos are before and after (and yes, I will be changing out the door/drawer handles to match the black faucet)

Would absolutely recommend working with Bicknell Plumbing. On the day of our scheduled time, I had messaged him asking not to ring the doorbell cause our toddler was napping. He promptly called me and offered to come over as soon as she woke up so that none of his work would wake her. Beyond sweet and went out of his way to be accommodating. He shows up 15 mins after I called him ready to help. He assessed the issue, gave us honest and clear feedback on what needed to be done. Was back at 10 am the next morning with the parts and fixed everything in 2 hours. He even offered to impromptu install a new shower head for us. Trustworthy, honest and dependable! Would definitely use again and recommend!
