My service person arrived on time; but he smelled very bad, was a bit rude and smart with me when I asked questions about the work he was doing. He told me my stove was "good to go" but when I tested it before he left it was not. He also bent my oven door when he leaned in to change the part and said he did not bend it, when I clearly saw him do it. I was a bit intimidated by his demeanor. Would not sue Greenlite Repair Service, ever again. I only paid for the service call which was fine.
