Norm provides excellent service at an affordable price. I recently had Star Appliance come out to fix my ice maker, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail, which I really appreciated. He walked me through what caused the issue and how he was fixing it, so I felt completely in the loop throughout the repair. The ice maker is now working perfectly, and I’m really impressed with the level of expertise and communication. I highly recommend Star Appliance for their excellent service!

He was able to repair my refrigerator water line on a refrigerator they don't even make parts for any more. His work around did the job and got the water dispenser to work again. I would recommend him for your appliance repairs.
