My dishwasher stopped working, so I contacted Star Appliance for diagnosis and repair without mentioning that the repair was covered by insurance. They were extremely punctual and communicated well throughout the process. The technician worked to minimize costs, but multiple issues made the repair uneconomical as the cost exceeded the value. Despite that, their professionalism and service were excellent. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future appliance needs!!!!

Norm provides excellent service at an affordable price. I was experiencing issues with my dryer and not only did he come out within 24hrs of my initial inquiry, but he was able to fix the issue same day! I recently had Star Appliance come out to fix my ice maker, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail, which I really appreciated. He walked me through what caused the issue and how he was fixing it, so I felt completely in the loop throughout the repair. The ice maker is now working perfectly, and I’m really impressed with the level of expertise and communication. I highly recommend Star Appliance for their excellent service!
