Derek went right to the problem, replaced two parts and cleaned and cleared debris from in around vent of the dryer. I will have to have my ducts cleaned so that the dryer will run more efficiently. Thanks Derek for repairing my dryer!

They are thorough, responsive, and honest. My dishwasher went out after 4 months of use, and I had no idea I was under manufacturing warranty until they told me. Instead of paying out of pocket to have it repaired by them, they told me to reach out to Whirlpool to have it fixed.
