I requested a service call for my dishwasher on Tuesday evening. Derek from Home Hero LLC reached out to me via phone minutes after my email request. We scheduled a time for him to come to my home the next day. The normal expectation when I am having work done, or expecting a delivery, is that most of my day will be spent waiting for whomever to arrive within a certain time window. In most cases, it’s usually later than the window, but I have learned to temper my expectations. This was not the case with Derek from Home Hero LLC. He reached out to me via text, my preferred contact method, and let me know that he was ahead of schedule and that he was able to arrive earlier if that worked for my schedule. It did, and he arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. Derek was professional and knowledgeable when assessing the situation with my dishwasher. He throughly checked my dishwasher. He also gave me some great maintenance tips. He let me know that should any problem arise, that he could return within the next 30 days to check it out with no additional fee. I highly recommend Home Hero LLC and would not hesitate to contact them in the future should I need any additional appliance repair, or service. I especially appreciated the speedy response to my initial inquiry, the communication, and respect for my time. I feel like many businesses miss the mark on those points, so it was really great to have such service! Thanks again!

Derek answered my call and arrived promptly to fix my dryer. He explains what he repairing and shows u the replaced parts. Derek cleaned out lint inside the inner part of appliance. And he did this quickly because I was having company. Derek is reliable, personable and knowledgeable. He is my go to repairman!

I would recommend Home Hero to anyone in need of appliance repair. He was affordable, professional, responsive very knowledgeable. I definitely would keep him on speed dial. As a matter of fact I need him to come hook up my refrigerator waterline. Great job!

One of the best that I’ve hired on thumbtack. Derek was great. Quickly fixed an issue with my dryer, and then diagnosed the issue with my stove and let me know what the price would be to repair if I wanted to go that route rather than replacing. Very straightforward and will definitely use again for any future problems.
