I had a leak underneath a toilet and they came to see it that day. Came back two days later and replaced the toilet. While I had them they installed a new kitchen faucet, water filter, soap dispenser, and redid some previous badly done plumbing.
They couldn’t have been nicer and did excellent work. I’ll use them again for sure

I just moved into a new home less than a week ago. The house is a fixer upper so we have have been living in the lower level while renovating... the toilet ran 24/7 for a week and also had a phantom flush & the upstairs bathtub constantly dripped. We were not anticipating plumbing issues & they definitely were not in the reno budget. I called 2 commercial companies Thorton & Grooms was a strange scenario that scheduled us a week out & called several times prior to the appointment trying to upsell a “mechanicals” warranty before they even stepped foot in the house, confirmed my appointment several times and called me the morning of our appointment offering to give us $99 off of our work order if we would reschedule! The second commercial company that came out the day we were canceled on for the replacement of one toilet & a leaky faucet repair gave us a $1,150 quote & an additional $100 to remove the toilet ourselves! Also offered the mechanicals warranty... both also had $69 service calls.

Within the hour Steve @ Purity Environmental contacted me through the Thumbtack sight, he does not charge a service call, quoted extremely fair pricing by text, offered a time frame for the next day and when that time was not ideal for us he worked us in earlier. He contacted us prior to arrival, was punctual, personable & professional... the best part of finding him through Thumbtack was that he not only replaced the worst toilet, we had him replace all 3 toilets & the leaky sink for $100’s of dollars less than we were quoted for 1 toilet & sink! Could not be more pleased & highly recommend Steve & Purity Environmental... Great job, great pricing!
