The plumber was exceptional. On time, professional, etc. Exactly what anyone would want. If I EVER need a plumber again, or if anyone Iknow would have the need to hire a plumber I definitely would give him the phone number to Clark's Plumbing People of this caliber are rare.

Sean did a great job snaking my drain. He was able to come the same day I reached out and was even available in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. He was fast, reasonably priced, honest and no mess left behind for me to clean up. My drain has never worked so well. I already have him scheduled to come back for a few other lower priority items. Highly recommend

Although we loved Sean's work, the correspondence with Thumbtack was very frustrating. I never knew who I was talking to online. In order to contact TT you have to fill out what your problem is, but none of the answers pertained to what we needed. I filled it out anyway, just to have someone contact us. When I wrote in what I needed, TT would send another message asking what we needed. Very confusing and at one point I wanted to go elsewhere to find someone else. I was that frustrated with the site!! I even had other companies contacting us before Clarke's. It made no sense to me. Why are these other companies contacting me, when I'm in the Clarke's Plumbing site? Now that our work is complete, we have a business card and a number to call for future. I would suggest revamping this site. It's too confusing to navigate! The only reason I stayed with it is because Sean was highly recommended. He did a great job for us and was very professional and friendly! We will call him again and requested more cards to pass around.
