After seeing the pictures, Tony responded that it was the cartridge that needed to be replaced. Frankly it wasn’t cheap, but not way more than I expected. I accepted his offer and on the same evening he came to my home right on time that he promised. It was 9 pm, but I wanted to get the leaking fixed as soon as possible. The problem was exactly what he told me, and he fixed it carefully and quickly. After making sure there was no more leaking, Tony sealed the cover of the faucet with caulking. With the completion of the work, I asked him to check another faucet issue in our master bathroom. He seriously tried to fix the faucet, However, it turned out that the wide spread faucet handle is worn out and the unit must be replaced. He gave me an estimate for the replacement and did his best to make it usable until replacement. Tony is a real professional plumber. He responded very quickly.
