We hired Palacios to install a new gas line for our grill. He was very responsive and the price was competitive. He also said that he would help with the quick connect fitting (what connects the gas valve to the hose leading to the grill) which he did. But he left the fitting loose. Long story short there was entire piece of the connection fitting missing which led to the grill either not turning on or burning very low. I feel like this was a huge safety issue which a gas professional should have known and done right. Instead my husband was left to figure out what was wrong and fix it himself.

Once we finished the job I never talk to you, I talked with her husband, and explained him why is important to leave a little bit loose the hose connection so in that way can have flexibility, in case you want to move your grill and will not leak. I had been working on this for 15 years so I know how grills work between other appliances.

I bought a new grill and needed help with taking the hub cap off of the natural gas line on my deck. I had all the parts for doing it myself. Palacios gave me a reasonable quote, and he did a good job at hooking up the grill to the NG line.
