Just had a great bathroom remodel from Renken Remodeling! Kay and Dan were endlessly patient with me while I dithered about which option I wanted for the shower/bathtub walls, and Dan again waited patiently for me to research and choose floor, vanity, toilet and sink fixtures. He had perfectly fine recommendations, but didnt blink an eye when I changed everything. Its a small bathroom, so instead of a team we had one guy, Mahadi, who miraculously did everything single-handedly in four days. Then Dan cheerfully sent people back several times to deal with my punch-list items. (Every construction project ends up with a punch list, but not every company responds so graciously and quickly. Ive had projects where they want final payment before they leave, and then you never see them again and cant get in touch.). The professionalism and responsiveness of this company throughout this whole process, from beginning to end, has been remarkable. And what a beautiful bathroom I have now! Would never have believed it could look this good. And I think it was done at a very reasonable cost - great value for the money. I really wish I could attach some pictures - I already sent some to friends and family. Well, I see others have attached photos - I will try to figure that out.

Renken Remodeling was amazing! We found them at the home show and they were very nice and professional with us. They answered a ton of questions we had. As we were going through the demo and then the remodel, each member of the team was courteous and respectful. They consistently worked with me when I decided to make changes to the plan. Kisha from Sales was so nice and happy. The Design team, Amber, Dan and Brent were always attentive to our questions and changes. The demo was seamless. They paid very close attention making sure the rest of the house was not interrupted. The install was fast. By the 2nd week, both bathrooms were complete! I pay very close attention to the details and Renken went above and beyond my expectations. I knew that picking Renken Remodeling was the right choice! Thank you, Renken and your entire team. This was our first remodeling project and the Renken team provided a great, stress-free experience from beginning to end. The entire team (Brent, Dan, Amber, Roberto) were a joy to work with and very responsive throughout our project. Our original master bathroom had an odd layout and quirky features, but Brent and Dan provided a solution that met our needs and was within our budget. Roberto and the installation team completed the install in 2.5 days, and we were extremely happy with the results. They did quality work and just as important, they covered up our floors and furniture to avoid dust and debris. Roberto cleaned up after each day, which was great since part of the workspace was our master bedroom.We highly recommend Renken!

We wanted a shower to replace a Jacuzzi tub in our master bath. At the Capital Remodel + Garden Show at Dulles Expo Center on February 24, Brent described Renken's services, offered a discount & scheduled a site visit. On March 1, Joe visited our home to discuss our project & gave us a proposal that we accepted. On March 31, Dan took measurements to order materials. On May 13-14, Mahadi did excellent work to remove the existing tub & tile, redo the plumbing & electrical & install a new 60" x 36" shower. It includes a Carrara marble wall system, 3 shelves, chrome fixtures, dual bypass doors & window frame. Renken was responsive to all our requests & we are very happy with the new shower.

Our design consultant will sit down with you to ask a few questions about the project. From there, we will go to the bathroom to take measurements and pictures, and check the moisture levels in the floor and on the walls. Then we will show you all the products and help you build the bathroom of your dreams. We bring our showroom to you, so we will have samples for you to choose from. This is a no-obligation quote, and it is good for 1 year.
