Once I asked for an estimate Integrity HVAC responded immediatly. The intake rep Issac answered my intial questions and concerns. They provided a quote and I schedulued my service call the next day. The cleaning technicians were promt, and polite, In uniform, very professional, attention to detail, and thorough. We found this service through thumbtack. At the time they were running an excellent special. Contact was quick and they were able to come out the next day to complete services. I have seen many reviews on companies that get their ducts cleaned and leave behind a mess... NOT this company. I noticed that each duct and vent that was cleaned - they went behind and vacuumed up the surrounding area. They completed all vents, even the hard to reach ones. Services were quick and the employees were kind and informational. Being a woman, you want to feel safe getting any kind of work done, they ensured safety and explained thoroughly everything that was being done. The services were completed in about an hour and a half with pictures to show the difference in before and after. There were no hidden prices. Also, afterwards the owner himself reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the services. I would 100% recommend and will be returning.

They stayed hours later than expected to clean my ducts which hadn’t apparently been cleaned before. I really appreciated the dedication to completing the job but did not expect to have them for five or six hours—something to plan for “just in case” next time. I will definitely hire them again as they were very upfront and forthcoming with issues they found and I feel confident that their work was as complete as it could be given my house’s unique situation. I deducted one star as there was kind of a lack of professionalism in the technician’s communication and a few items where I felt there could have been more attention to detail, like replacing the vents which left dirty marks on my wall. Not a big deal though.
