True Ducts was responsive and showed up on time. There was a misunderstanding about the work to be done. I was of the understanding that they would replace the vent covers, but this was not the case. I allowed the work to continue but then the dryer vent bottom rail was broken during the work. The clean up was satisfactory.

We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the scope of work and any inconvenience caused. We spoke on the phone prior to service and explained exactly what we were going to do and what the price would be. Both parties agreed and we got to work. Regarding the broken vent we have a 100% full satisfactory policy. The easiest solution would have been to contact us and we would come out to make it right. We strive to provide clear communication and quality service. Thank you

They did great job in air duct cleaning! Very responsive and easy to schedule. Offered a comprehensive introduction on the services they are going to provide and there is no hidden fee. They explained everything clearly and patiently to me during the work and took photos for me to check. So glad that we hired them for this work and am able to turn on the heating with good air quality.

Very responsive and punctual. They worked quickly. They did find black mold on my HVAC unit that the home inspector didn't find and they were willing to negotiate for the additional services needed to clear up the mold. Did find a vent that may have been skipped, but overall I'm satisfied.
