Extremely satisfied with the work True Ducts team has done for the air duct and vents cleaning. The price was very reasonable for the area. The team was very responsive to texts and arrival of the technicians. The technicians arrived on time as mentioned and were very respectful and professional. They did not try to inflate any issues and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them for their services. Overall a great experience with them.

We found this service through thumbtack. At the time they were running an excellent special. Contact was quick and they were able to come out the next day to complete services. I have seen many reviews on companies that get their ducts cleaned and leave behind a mess... NOT this company. I noticed that each duct and vent that was cleaned - they went behind and vacuumed up the surrounding area. They completed all vents, even the hard to reach ones. Services were quick and the employees were kind and informational. Being a woman, you want to feel safe getting any kind of work done, they ensured safety and explained thoroughly everything that was being done. The services were completed in about an hour and a half with pictures to show the difference in before and after. There were no hidden prices. Also, afterwards the owner himself reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the services. I would 100% recommend and will be returning.

I recommend this company for vent cleaning. My vent access is in an awkward position. They were willing to get the access needed and clean it out. Price is competitive to other companies but they were willing to do the job. I will use them and recommend them to others.

They were very professional, explained everything to me, and super polite to my mom, who has dementia and is rather "spicy." Also offered me an additional mite removal service from ducts for a reasonable price.
