Gutters/facias, a door jamb and the portico ceiling. All jobs ended up as we planned. Tiagos strengths is working with the client(He excels here) and his knowledge base in carpentry, he has ideas that would give any other company a run for their money. He speaks to you with extreme respect and explains things very well. Any additional work that is spotted is discussed thoroughly and any questions are answered well and thought through. If I were to point out any faults, it’ll be the tidy up after each project. BUT, as soon as you point out anything that isn’t up to your liking, it’s met with a prompt and thorough response. Normally due to the tidy up I’d give a 4*. But due to his responses and actions it’s a 5* service. Tiago, thank you so much for all your hard work and your teams efforts. I’m sure you’ll improve my home again."See more

I’ve been working with Obie on a major renovation project including kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, basement and 4 season porch. He’s a patient listener who hears you out and gets you what you desire. He is very modern and doesn’t force old fashioned standard stuff on you like the other contractors. Also, my project went through many changes which we didn’t talk about when we began. He was very understanding of everything and incorporated all changes to make me happy. I’ve worked with other contractors in the past and almost always it ends up in disagreements half way through a project. This is where he’s different. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is doing a new construction or flipping an old house to get a new contemporary look.
