This minimum is necessary for us to properly prepair all paperwork, including stamped drawings if/as required (for much of our work this is needed). We secure all permits if/as necessary, including setbacks and any city and state Conservation and Wetlands concerns. We are turnkey, commit our crews and equipment, schedule materials, handle all inspections, etc. Some of our larger projects well exceed $750k.
After we visit, we will submit to you a formal line item Statement of Work/Estimate and simple Agreement for reference at no charge. Then, if you choose us, we issue to you proper Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance Certificates in your name, along with the legal Mass. Residential Construction Contract. These documents protect you in many ways, are extremely important, and are required BY LAW from ANY contractor.
If needed we have Licensed Architects offering state of the art color 3D solids modeling design proposals, Structural Engineers, Surveyors and Construction Supervisors (CSL's for pulling permits, managing all work, ensuring work is to code and coordinating all inspections) on our team. This along with licensed master electricians and licensed master plumber/pipe fitters and professional masons. Initially, we meet you in person, on site, to introduce our company and properly discuss and understand your needs. Again, per above, we then submit to you a detailed statement of work, drawing plans if necessary, a detailed quote, and standard paperwork for sign off if you wish to proceed with us.

We are elete finish carpenters and own complete workshops. We design and install custom built-ins, cabinetry, and elaborate stair systems all the way to "frame to finish" construction. We are extremely experienced in all aspects of roof, facia, and soffit installation and repair. We install and remodel almost everything, decks, porches, walls, siding, doors, additions, dormers, roof offs, windows, on and on. We specialize in repair of any type of wood rot, including structural damage. We do minor to major turnkey kitchen and bathroom custom design and remodeling. We install custom ceramic tiling, including cement board, shower pans, and glass doors. Also offered are professional plastering, installation of suspended and sheetrock ceilings, hardwood, vinyl and composite floor systems, and complete finished basements! Care to add living space, maybe a family room, bathroom & bar in your basement or attic, possibly with dormers, or add an additional level (roof off)? No problem, we have done countless!
We also excel at home/estate and commercial long-term property management responsibilities, including businesses and condo associations.
Each of us owns an amazing assortment of state-of-the-art tools, including lasers and specialty equipment, and our company owns 4 modern dual axel dump trailers that visit our job sites for waste removal, as/when appropriate. All waste is properly disposed of, and green processed, mostly at the G Mello Corp. transfer station in Georgetown, Ma.
From sliding glass doors, windows, or interior/exterior woodwork to custom staircases and handrails to complete demolition and renovations, we do it all. Again, we have very versatile skill sets, are meticulous, prompt, efficient, and clean!
