I was very impressed with the work that Mark did today! Prior to the job, there were a number of text messages, emails, and phone calls to make sure everything was ready for the job. This helped build my confidence in the work that he was about to do. He picked up the door from the department store first thing in the morning. Because of all the communication, he immediately knew that the door on hold was not the correct one. With a quick phone call to me, we were able to get the situation resolved. He explained the work that he was doing along the way and made sure I had a voice when an unexpected situation came up. I also appreciated that he did not take an hour lunch break. With the incoming storm, he worked to get the door installed and 2 coats of paint before the rain. I already have him booked for another job. Thanks Mark for your professionalism!
