Not only a great job replacing our basement walkout door, which had started allowing water through the degraded bottom seal, Tyler also pointed out the built-up garden bed that was preventing water from flowing off the patio. Will always be my first call!

We hired Tylar for our basement finish. He was prompt in all of his communication and started our project before we had originally scheduled. Most of the work was done well, however attention to detail towards the end of the project could have been a little better. Also, I think my expectations weren’t always aligned with his which led to some misunderstandings in what I ultimately wanted. However, our space does look nice and I do appreciate Tylar’s responsiveness, he was always very friendly and got back to me quickly! Our project was done in less time that I expected. Thanks again!

This project went through a significant revision before construction, with the original proposal and scope being substantially reduced at the homeowner’s request to meet a lower project budget. Throughout construction, the scope continued to evolve, and we worked hard to accommodate a number of additional requests, upgrades, and finish items—many at no additional charge—to give you the best finished space possible within the revised scope. Because of those revisions, I understand there may have been times when expectations from the original design differed from what was included in the final agreed-upon scope. We always did our best to communicate those differences clearly while still going above and beyond wherever we reasonably could. We take a great deal of pride in our attention to detail and stand behind the quality of our work. We completed final touch-ups and finish items through project closeout and would have gladly addressed any specific workmanship concerns brought to our attention. Overall, we’re extremely proud of how the basement turned out and appreciate the opportunity to complete the project for you and your family. We hope you enjoy the new space for many years to come.
