Jimmy did an excellent job replacing my window springs. Upon first email communication, he was transparent about his prices for various windows repairs. In addition, he showed up promptly with a smile and clearly identified who he was prior to entering my home (also had on company shirt). Not only did Jimmy repair my windows, he educated me how to properly open a window, the various parts of the window and how they all work together (this was a plus for me). Lastly, he went above and beyond to ensure my daughter window was secure by removing a broken lock and replacing another lock on her window. I highly recommend Jimmy's Window repair for all your window repair needs. He is straight-forward, honest and he really seems to enjoy his retirement work.

My aluminum windows were in pretty bad shape and would not open or close properly. Mr. Jimmy was able to come out and described in detail the problem and what parts were needed to fix it. A week later the parts were in and windows repaired. I am so glad I didn’t have to buy new windows and was able to have them repaired for a fraction of the cost.

Jimmy did a great job of replacing worn-out springs on five old metal windows. I could not find anyone else that was willing and able to do this task. Why spend thousands replacing windows when they can be repaired? Jimmy was very responsive, punctual, professional, knowledgable, fast, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend his service for repairing hard-to-raise windows.
