Mr. Austin responded right away to my Friday night Thumbtack email and came over to assess the job and give me an estimate the very next morning (Saturday). After hearing the really reasonable price, I hired him, and he came back Monday afternoon, and in about half and hour, Mr. Austin fixed three wooden double-hung windows that I had not been able to open for over twenty years; now they all slide up and down easily! And he even vacuumed up the bits of debris, so everything looks beautiful. I could not be more happy with his professionalism and his work; he was cheerful, honest, focused, and helpful; I would definitely call him again.
