Don was excellent! He performance met all of my expectations and needs. He was flexible and adapted to unexpected problems. Extremely knowledgeable. He replaced my kitchen faucet and sink, all of the tub and shower fixtures and fixed my water pressure problem in our other bathroom. Was done with all in 4 hours! Will definitely call him again if I have a plumbing need!

I saw RootBusters on Thumbtack so I decided to give them a call. I contacted Phil by e-mail, He responded, I told him my problems and we set up an appointment date. He said he would notify me when he was 20 minutes away, which he did. He arrived and saw the leak under my Kitchen Sink. I also showed him that my toilet was a 1/2" above the floor. He gave me a quote for my issues and I agreed on the price. He replaced all the Chrome pipes under the kitchen sink. He raised the toilet, put it to the side and cut through the pipe from the basement. He replaced the pipe and added a new flange that was level to the floor. After completing everything he checked for leaks. Phil and his apprentice were here for 3 hours and did a FANTASTIC JOB. They did not make a big mess and cleaned the area before they left. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend Phil to anyone with a plumbing problem. Mr. Hardy
