My goal in life is to be able to take my work with me wherever I go. In order to have a nomadic work lifestyle I must be very good at what I do because everything depends on my reputation.
The approach I take to marketing and branding is wholistic in scope. From my perspective, you cannot expect to be successful in your marketing efforts if your product doesn't solve a problem or doesn't solve a problem well. Conversely, you cannot expect your product or service to be largely successful if you're not promoting or marketing it correctly.
I have specialized in outdoor retail eCommerce marketing but in my mind, no matter the industry, the many rules and concepts of successful marketing can be boiled down to the fact that there is always a supply side and there is always demand side. Whichever side you're on you must figure out how to stand out against your competition.
As To answer the question, "What do you enjoy about your work?" I would have to refer back to what I said before: my goal in life is to be able to take my work with me wherever I go.
I love the sound or look on the face of someone coming to an "ah-hah" moment after I tell them how they could be connecting with their audience. So, I could also point to that as one of the more enjoyable parts of my job.
More than anything, I like to meet new people. Being able to meet new people is something that really keeps me going. So, I do look forward to meeting you.See more
