- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are NOT Valassis or RetailMeNot or Redplum or Val-Pak. Those services typically have a pretty horrible ROI:
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In general, we start with communication through Thumbtack, then use emails. Before proceeding, we feel it is always good to have a phone conversation to go over all the details and options. Then we send an invoice that can be paid online. Once we receive payment, we put the project into production. Most jobs take 2 to 4 business days to complete (once a proof is approved). We are bonded and have an A Plus rating with the Better Business Bureau. We also send you USPS Proof of Delivery links, so you can verify that your mailer was delivered to your recipients as promised.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 33 years of experience in corporate marketing with two of the world's largest companies. My expertise in consumer packaged goods marketing helps to ensure that we never let a client run a campaign without a live test. If they don't want to conduct a test, we move forward with a plan that will optimize the results in light of the uncertainty. I also carefully select people for my team who I know will pay attention to details and bring their own experience to benefit our customers. Our fulfillment division is run by a former Amazonian who brings his Amazon expertise to every project.
