Great care was taken with measuring and fitting all of the tile pieces. Matt made recommendations to my requests which improved the look of the project. I am very curious and watch what they're doing and any question I had he took the time to explain why he was doing it the way he was doing it. The project was very clean all tile was cut outside in their truck they had flooring put down to protect my floors and there was a plastic zipper door blocking off the bathroom area to keep any other dust from coming out. They cleaned up completely after each day they worked so I was not tripping over anything. The team was very easy to work with they were polite and responsive to any of my concerns. I would definitely use this team again for any more remodeling projects."See more

In total they completely remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, sanded and restrained the hardwood floors, installed new closet doors, painted throughout, and brought our electrical and plumbing up to current code. This project took about 8 months, during which time Ed was in constant communication with us and our HOA, coordinating to make sure everything stayed on track. He was always accessible whenever we had concerns and made sure to address them to our satisfaction. Everyone on his team was very nice and courteous, especially given that we were living in the construction area for part of the time. Ed’s initial quote was accurate and the only overages were items we specifically upgraded ourselves or asked to modify. Molly R. says, "Installed 2 walls with insulation for soundproofing + door to create an office space in our finished basement. Also painted inside and outside the new walls. I’ve attached 3 photos of the area after completion, 1 photo mid-construction, and 1 photo before. Roy offered the best price of the 3 contractors we received quotes from, and I think the work was good value for the price. It did take a couple days longer than expected, but that’s okay because he was showing up every day to work hard, and stuff happens. Also he ended up helping to install an access panel elsewhere in the basement during that time. He also was very patient with my annoying cat who needed to be involved in everything."See more
