Spoke to Chris, He came to my house to review the work and gave me a quotation For $1700, so he was supposed to start work after 4 days, he sent me a contract with $1950 on the morning of the work day, which was not we agreed up on, I asked him about the difference and he said this is what we discussed. I told him if he think’s he need more for his money, that’s ok he ask it but not say I am lying with his hand written quote in my hand. I even have his hand written estimation quote and but still he was not ready to agree what we agreed up on 3 days back. So finally, I didn’t get any work done by him, it’s not about money but the ethics. This is the first red light.
