I was contacted about moving the piano and things were going great. We had a scheduled pick up day, time and verbal quote. I was clear that the piano was being moved a little distance and I was told “that’s alright”. Morning of the move I was called and asked to move the time to 9am, which was fine. I was then told they just now noticed the distance of the move and the price would be more. He said no more than $50, I was to receive a quote and pay at time of delivery. By 2pm no piano. Mover contacted, I was told piano was never picked up because I never excepted the quote. The quote was never received. I asked a few questions about the move and the movers decided to ignore my messages and calls. I haven’t heard from them since. Very unhappy!!

Very nice guys but not experts at moving a piano. They did not fully map out how they were going to make a turn on our stairs and ended up doing a good amount of damage to our walls, the stairs and the piano. Ultimately, I had them just return the piano to the first floor.

The gentlemen from Piano Moving World were great. They were prompt, efficient and careful. Definitely have perfected this process and also cared about me being pleased with how the piano was finally situated in my home. Patiently adjusted it for me a few times! First time for me moving a baby grand and they were great. They also have additional insight on other piano resources (tuning, cleaning, etc.) Only recommendation would be for them to share a quick overview to clients about what the process would entail. They jumped right in and started working. Overall- great move, great team and would def recommend them.

Dishonest and unreliable, rescheduled multiple times and then canceled last minute each time. Wouldn’t return messages, and lied about availability and ability to move a piano. After rescheduling twice over the last few weeks, we told them we absolutely had to move the piano by Sunday, because we have to move out of our apartment that day. They told me multiple times they could do it and would be there. I don’t hear anything for days, Saturday night they text and say they were never able to do it in the first place. They then said they’d help us find another service, and I never heard from them again.

The phone operator was prompt, polite, very helpful. I had to schedule last minute. Even though I only gave about 24 hours notice, they fit me into their schedule! The movers showed up on time, were more than able to help move the piano, and gave good advice. Once again, very accommodating, professional, and capable.
