The guys at RTO Express did a fantastic job moving my very heavy and large hot tub. Pickup and drop-off locations were very difficult and they made it look easy. Also, very impressed with the care they took to properly prepare the tub for moving. Would definitely recommend these guys for any move. Top-notch!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum and travel fee depending how far away the job is. We can also do smaller requests and adjust our price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and take note on what all is being moved. We typically come out and see or have the customer send pictures of items being moved. Then we call and confirm the day before the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years OJT. Weightlifting also has helped prepare for the more heavy items
