John responded quickly and did a nice job with the snow removal. Very easy and pleasant to work with. I will be using him again for sure!

I had contracted with another snow removal company for the season. This was the first significant snow of the season. I kept calling to see when he planned to come especially to get the snow off my driveway. After 3 days and no answer , I checked Thumbtack to get estimates from another company. RTO Express was able to come within 2 hours of my call. They cleaned the walkways, my driveway, side walks, porch and put salt down . I appreciated the prompt response and professionalism. If I should need snow removal again this season, I'll contact them first. Thank you !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum and travel fee depending how far away the job is. We can also do smaller requests and adjust our price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and take note on what all is being moved. We typically come out and see or have the customer send pictures of items being moved. Then we call and confirm the day before the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years OJT. Weightlifting also has helped prepare for the more heavy items
