He went to extra miles to get the tools and materials by driving back and forth. He also did a great job hanging the unit, flat onto the wall. He bent the duct to a perfectly shape to fit the narrow cabin space and convert six inch open to four inch open. The most difficult part is to open a six inch hole on the wall and fit everything which takes an hour. He is very professional and easy to work with. He is patient dealing with difficulty.
