My toilet and drains were backed up and wouldn't go down. I contacted several pumbers in my area. Brenton was the first to respond to me within minutes of posting my problems to the app.
He was able to accomodate me the next day at 3 pm so I scheduled him for the job. He called me the next day at around 130 pm and said that he was coming early because he had finished the other scheduled job ahead of schedule. He arrived at 2 pm and completed the job within an hour.
He is very knowledgeable about his trade and cleaned up upon completion of the job. I would highly recommend him for all future jobs.

I received a phone call shortly after I had submitted a request for help / service call yesterday morning. I wasn’t able to provide photos at the time I submitted my request as I wasn’t at home and was going to meet with a client for work soon, but I was able to communicate the issues and the situation over our phone call. Emerso (sp?) and his partner were able to come help out with plumbing issues at my apartment the same day I reached out for help. He was in constant contact/communication with me, which was greatly appreciated.
My partner and I have been experiencing on and off / back and forth issues with our shower/tub drainage as well as our bathroom sink drainage. Our tub took hours to drain and it would be disgusting to shower standing in puddle/bath water that would be above our ankles. We woke up yesterday morning to find that our bathroom sink water didn’t go down the drain at all. My partner heard trickling noises and discovered that the pipe leaked, soaking everything in the sink base cabinet, and leaking onto our bathroom floors. Our sink base cabinet door even broke off!
Emerso (sp?) and his partner quickly fixed our bath tub drainage issue. Me and my hair was majority of the culprit, embarrassingly enough, but I’m making sure I clean the drain more often now to prevent this kind of issue again. They were also able to fix the bathroom sink drainage as well! The last and only issue left is that I have to replace the pipe with a new one as it was too old and rusty, and still leaking.
Emerso (sp?) is very knowledgeable. Him and his partner are very friendly, kind, and have a great sense of humor, too. They are coming back on Monday to finish up the job by replacing the old rusty pipe with a new pipe so that it will no longer leak.
He told me over the phone earlier, that if he is unable to fix my drainage problems, that I wouldn’t have to pay him anything. I still greatly appreciate him, his partner, and their time! They came straight from Kailua/Kaneohe to town side during normal afternoon/early evening traffic time and they took their time to ensure they did their best job with quality work and effort. They even cleaned up the debris that came from the drainage repairs as well as trying to figure out what was going on with the pipe. I will be paying them once they finish replacing the pipe tomorrow.
Me and my partner were very relieved to have been able to shower comfortably last night and this morning! I’m glad to say I have redownloaded Thumbtack and found Ekahi Home Improvements! Excellent service!
