My outdoor AC unit broke down. I reached out to several large HVAC companies as well as Rome. Rome was first to respond, and while other companies quoted a week to come out Rome came next day. Not only that he did it for half the price I was quoted by others. He was efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend to others in need of HVAC services

Carl appeared within hrs of my crisis to restore cool temperatures, allowing cooler heads to prevail. I can’t say enough good things about Paul’s HVAC. They were very responsive, worked on the weekend, were some of the most professional contractors I’ve ever worked with, worked within my price point and even suggested ways to save money, and followed up to see if everything was working well and if I was satisfied. Not only will I work with the company again given the chance, I am going to recommend them to others if the occasion arises. It’s hard to find a a good HVAC company that I feel I can trust, and I finally did!

Tony was actually a second opinion. The first opinion was to replace the coil in a costly repair. Tony took the time to diagnose the problem and found that the unit was working well and that we just needed to clean the Cottonwood out of the outdoor units. John was very cooperative in terms of rescheduling (had a storm pass through around the time of original appointment). He showed up the next day and was very clear about what the issues could be with my ac unit. Turns out it was a capacitor issue. Replaced it in a very timely manner and even checked my freon levels just to be safe there wasn’t a leak.
Clearly is very knowledgeable in HVAC; offered me some insight on how everything worked and past technical aspects of his job. Would highly recommend him for any ac issues.

Holloway HVAC saved us! Our AC unit died on the 4th of July in the middle of a 90 degree heatwave. Tony came on the 5th (the day we contacted him) and gave us a quote that was HALF of the other company we looked at - and he was able to install the new units THE NEXT DAY. (The other guy said he might be able to get in 5 days later, or it could be weeks)! we have a 5mo old so we needed relief ASAP.
He answered my million questions via text messages and gave us advice on the upgrades we were considering. He was punctual, professional and reasonably priced.
