Aaron is the man! Hired him to do an annual AC maintenance. He poured bleach to flush out AC pipe, checked AC filters, cleaned outside unit coils, check air pressure and Freon. He is very knowledgeable and HVAC is his bread and butter. He is honest and won't up sell you. Highly recommended for anything to do with HVAC.

My experience was good with JSV Air Koncept from my 1st call into the company with Heber Bertucci. I explained what system I wanted to replace and what price range I needed to be in and he searched until he found me a match. There was a mix up with the order at the distributer and my install had to be re-arranged slightly but it worked out just fine for the next day install. The installation was smooth and the guys were professional, clean, and was completed and out in time for us to go to work as scheduled that afternoon, just as Heber promised. I recommend giving them a call for your HVAC needs!

I am sorry but I must’ve spoken to this man Aaron at least three or four times and explain to him in detail what I need to have done at my home. And as of this date 7 or 8 days later he has NOT come to my home to fix my problem with the air condition. He kept setting up an appointment to come but never showed and when I reach out to him he takes approximately 24 hours to get back to you, I’m sorry I don’t like to work with a person like that so. God has a funny way of doing things. It must not have meant to be. I spoke to him on the phone he seems very very nice but he’s very very undependable I’m sorry to say but not sorry. We needed a new HVAC and were quoted $28,000 for a 5-ton unit. Looking for a second opinion, we found Lumi Contractor, a great family company run by two experienced brothers, Edgar and Joseph. Edgar partially fixed the a/c until we were back from vacation. He expertly gave us a few options for new units at less than half the price we were quoted originally by the other company. I contacted them last week, and today, they installed a brand new 5-ton unit, saving us $18,000. Installation went excellent and fast, Edgar and Joseph along with two crew members took away the old a/c and left everything clean and in order. I highly recommend Lumi Contractor, and from now on, I'll call them for maintenance and any a/c problems. They also speak Spanish, which is a great convenience for some customers.
