Deon was great! He tried to help me solve the issue over the phone with pictures as best he could but when I wasn’t understanding I asked when he would be able to come out and he got there same day! Very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the work he produced. Installed my smart thermostat in a jiffy and was able to get my heat back on stat!
