The good: very quick and easy to deal with. Responsive, to the point, and clear. Diagnosis a problem and can resolve it quickly and honestly.
The less than desirable: if bringing them in for a water damage job do not agree to go with the water restoration company they bring with them. At first they appear to be one company working together. The water restoration company with them on my job price gouged us like crazy. Unfortunately, this left a poor taste in my mouth for the entire company; however, just know that the plumbing aspect is solid and you need and should shop around as quickly as you can for a restoration company if you possible.
Overall - if you need plumbing work they're a very solid hire.

There was a little miscommunication in the beginning where we played phone tag. Then they got the customers names mixed on the estimate. Once this was straightened out, the project started on time and was completed the same day! We are very pleased with Zach’s work. So much, that we hired him for another job that he finished before Christmas. Zach went above and beyond to help us finish the kitchenette in one day! And now, we also have a new hot water heater. I would definitely recommend Premium Plumbing!
